1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for an account with rtps2, accessing our website at rtps2.cam, or using any of our gaming services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming guidelines.

We reserve the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes become effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of rtps2 services following any modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms and Conditions periodically.

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

2. Eligibility Requirements

2.1 Age Restriction

You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to create an account with rtps2 or participate in any gaming activities on our platform. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement. rtps2 reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory proof of age will result in account suspension and forfeiture of any funds.

2.2 Jurisdictional Eligibility

Our services are intended primarily for users located in the Philippines. You represent that you are legally permitted to participate in online gambling activities in your jurisdiction of residence. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of rtps2 services complies with applicable local laws. We do not accept players from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited.

2.3 Account Capacity

You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts. You may not create an account or use rtps2 services if you are subject to any legal disability that would prevent you from forming a binding agreement.

3. Account Registration and Management

3.1 Account Creation

To access rtps2 gaming services, you must create a personal account by providing accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, mobile phone number, and residential address. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes.

3.2 One Account Per Person

Each user is permitted only one (1) account with rtps2. Creating multiple accounts, operating duplicate accounts, or registering accounts on behalf of others is strictly prohibited. We employ sophisticated detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. Discovery of multiple accounts will result in closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.

3.3 Username and Password Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. You agree to notify rtps2 immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account. All activities conducted through your account are your responsibility, regardless of whether you authorized them.

3.4 Verification Requirements

rtps2 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to government-issued identification, proof of address, and payment method verification. You must provide requested documents within seven (7) days. Accounts that fail verification may be suspended until verification is complete. We may also conduct enhanced due diligence for large transactions or suspicious activity.

3.5 Account Closure

You may request account closure at any time by contacting customer support. rtps2 reserves the right to close accounts that violate these terms, show patterns of bonus abuse, engage in fraudulent activity, or remain inactive for extended periods. Upon account closure, all pending bets will be settled, and any remaining balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method after deduction of applicable fees.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Transactions

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

rtps2 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, bank transfers through BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other Philippine banks, as well as major credit and debit cards (Visa and Mastercard). All transactions are processed in Philippine pesos (PHP). We reserve the right to add or remove payment methods at our discretion.

4.2 Deposit Requirements

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed during the deposit process. Deposits are typically credited to your account instantly, though bank transfers may take one to three business days. You may only use payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited and will be refunded.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and anti-money laundering checks. Standard processing time is up to 24 hours for GCash and PayMaya withdrawals, and up to 72 hours for bank transfers. Large withdrawals may require additional verification and processing time. Minimum withdrawal amount is PHP 500. Maximum daily withdrawal limits apply based on your account status and payment method.

4.4 Withdrawal to Original Payment Method

For security and anti-money laundering purposes, withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for deposit whenever possible. If this is not feasible, you must provide verification of the alternative payment method before withdrawal approval.

4.5 Fees and Charges

rtps2 does not charge fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may impose transaction fees. Any fees charged by third-party payment processors are your responsibility. Currency conversion fees may apply if you attempt to deposit in a currency other than PHP.

4.6 Anti-Money Laundering Compliance

rtps2 is committed to preventing money laundering and terrorist financing. We monitor transactions for suspicious activity and report as required by Philippine law. You must wager deposited funds at least one time before withdrawal. Accounts showing patterns consistent with money laundering (frequent deposits and immediate withdrawals without wagering) will be investigated and may be closed.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Bonus Eligibility

Bonuses and promotions offered by rtps2 are subject to specific terms and conditions that are displayed when you claim the bonus. Not all players may be eligible for all promotions. We reserve the right to exclude certain players from bonus offers at our discretion.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise specified, all bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. The wagering requirement specifies how many times you must wager the bonus amount (and sometimes the deposit amount) before converting bonus funds to withdrawable cash. Different games contribute differently to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games may contribute less or be excluded entirely.

5.3 Bonus Abuse and Forfeiture

rtps2 has zero tolerance for bonus abuse. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, coordinating with other players to exploit promotions, employing betting strategies designed solely to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk, and using bonuses in a manner inconsistent with recreational play. Players found engaging in bonus abuse will have bonuses and associated winnings confiscated, and accounts may be permanently closed.

5.4 Maximum Bet Restrictions

While playing with bonus funds, you must not exceed the maximum bet limit specified in the bonus terms (typically PHP 100 per bet). Violating maximum bet restrictions may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.

5.5 Time Limits

Bonuses and their associated wagering requirements must be completed within the specified time frame, typically 30 days from the date of bonus activation. Failure to complete wagering requirements within this period results in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

6. Gaming Rules and Fair Play

6.1 Game Fairness

All games on the rtps2 platform use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Game results are determined independently and are not influenced by rtps2, the player, or any third party. Return to Player (RTP) percentages are published for all games and represent long-term statistical averages.

6.2 Game Malfunctions

In the event of a game malfunction, system error, or technical failure, all affected bets and payouts will be voided. rtps2 will make reasonable efforts to notify affected players and return wagered amounts. We are not liable for losses resulting from software malfunctions, internet connectivity issues, or force majeure events.

6.3 Prohibited Activities

You must not engage in any form of cheating, collusion, fraud, or unfair gaming practices. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to: exploiting software bugs or errors, using automated betting systems or bots, colluding with other players, engaging in chip dumping or other forms of chip transfer, and utilizing any external tools or software to gain an unfair advantage.

6.4 Bet Settlement and Disputes

rtps2 makes every effort to ensure accurate and timely bet settlement. If you believe a bet has been settled incorrectly, you must notify customer support within 14 days. After this period, all settlements are considered final. In the event of a dispute, our decision is final and binding. Where disputes cannot be resolved through our internal process, you may refer the matter to an independent arbitration service.

7. Responsible Gaming

7.1 Self-Exclusion and Limits

rtps2 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We provide tools to help you maintain control over your gaming activity, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, and self-exclusion options. You may set these limits by contacting customer support or accessing your account settings.

7.2 Problem Gambling Resources

If you believe your gambling is becoming problematic, we strongly encourage you to seek help. Resources are available through PAGCOR responsible gaming programs and local support organizations. Self-exclusion options allow you to block access to your account for periods ranging from 24 hours to permanent closure.

7.3 Underage Gambling Prevention

rtps2 employs age verification systems and monitoring to prevent underage gambling. Parents and guardians should use internet filtering tools to prevent minors from accessing online gambling sites. If you suspect a minor has created an account with rtps2, please notify us immediately.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the rtps2 website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, and game content, is the property of rtps2 or its licensors and is protected by Philippine and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without express written permission.

The rtps2 name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of our company. Unauthorized use of these marks is strictly prohibited and may violate applicable law.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, rtps2 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claims related to these terms shall not exceed the amount you deposited in the six months preceding the claim.

rtps2 is not responsible for losses caused by factors beyond our reasonable control, including internet connectivity issues, device malfunctions, payment processor errors, or force majeure events. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our services and may perform maintenance that temporarily limits availability.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of rtps2 services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which details how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information. By accepting these Terms and Conditions, you also consent to the practices described in our Privacy Policy. We process your data in accordance with applicable Philippine data protection laws.

11. Account Termination

rtps2 reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms and Conditions. Grounds for termination include but are not limited to: providing false information during registration, creating multiple accounts, engaging in fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, money laundering, underage gambling, or any other violation of these terms.

Upon termination for cause, rtps2 may confiscate any funds in your account. If your account is closed for reasons other than violation of these terms, any remaining balance will be returned to you after deduction of applicable processing fees.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms or your use of rtps2 services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.

We encourage resolution of disputes through our customer support team. If a dispute cannot be resolved through support channels, you may pursue formal dispute resolution. All parties agree to attempt good-faith negotiation before pursuing litigation.

13. General Provisions

13.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming guidelines, constitute the entire agreement between you and rtps2 regarding use of our services. These terms supersede all prior agreements or understandings.

13.2 Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.

13.3 Waiver

No waiver of any term of these Terms and Conditions shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term. rtps2's failure to assert any right or provision under these terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

13.4 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these terms or your account to any third party. rtps2 may assign these terms or delegate its obligations without restriction.
